With almost 20 years in British Columbia’s best restaurants, Chef Matthew Phillip brings to Pier 7 his reputation for creating creative dishes highlighting the best of the West Coast. After completing his apprenticeship at Vancouver’s four-star Fairmont Waterfront Hotel, Chef Phillip honed his skill sat the legendary Sooke harbor House, a dining destination on Vancouver Island known for its focus on locally-sources ingredients.
